Feb(Wed.) -> Please do not missing the submission time because all of submitted materials will be uploaded on team's web-page and shared with jury(scientific committee+Tutors) for the prize-evaluation immediately.
17th. Feb : Web Exhibition / Evaluation for prize by jury
~15:00 Prize-evaluation - Evaluation by jury will be finished before 15:00 and evaluation sheets should be sent to suaeasia@pusan.ac.kr also.
18th. Feb : Final Submission + Presentation + Prize Announcement + awarding, Closing Speaking
15:00 Result of prize-evaluation announced on the web and prize money will be awarded by transfer to each team's bank account at 21st(Mon.).
15:00 Final Submission : final documents(PDF/PPT/Google Slides, 16:9 ratio, 20–30 pages) + video(5:00~8:00 max.900mb) file to suaeasia@pusan.ac.kr no later than 15:00. -> submitted materials shared on Google Drive at 16:30 and will be uploaded on each team's web-page after closing event.
