  • 건축의 기여: 건축물에서도 가장 중요한 작품의 창조와 수용이란 의미에서 세계의 구성, 실재의 창조와 재창조는 무엇인가에 관해 인문학적 분석 후 그 분석을 바탕으로 건축이론 창출 및 건축비평
    Contribution of Architecture: In terms of the creation and acceptance of works that are the most important in architecture, the construction of the world and the creation and re-creation of reality should be analyzed and an architectural theory and criticism will be developed from a humanistic perspective.
  • 창조된 것이자 창조적인 것의 의미를 지닌 건축: 건축을 비롯한 예술작품을 그 의미 그대로 고려하여 고찰. 건축을 도구, 과학적 진술의 대상 또는 언어적 표현의 수단으로서가 아니라 상징과 이미지로서 대하여 실제의 생활과 건축의 관계를 연구. 파울 클레의 말, ‘삶을 흔히 보이는 것보다 더 크게 만들어주는 것, 즉 예술을 지닌 실재’를 향한 건축설계 이론 창출.
    Architecture with the meaning of being created and being creative: Considering works of art including architecture as they are. A study on the relationship between real life and architecture as a symbol and image, not as an instrumental or scientific statement or as a means of verbal expression. In Paul Klee's words, creating an architectural design theory for what makes life bigger than usual, that is, the reality with art'.
  • 실용주의 철학을 중심으로 한 이론 창출: 플라톤을 필두로 하는 형이상학 중심의 철학보다는 메를로 퐁티, 앙리 베르그송, 마르틴 하이데거 등의 실용적 철학을 중심으로 하여 건축을 고찰
    Creating theories based on pragmatism philosophy: Considering architecture focusing on pragmatic philosophies such as Merlot Ponti, Henri Bergson, and Martin Heidegger rather than metaphysical philosophies led by Plato.
